This complimentary 20-minute Zoom coaching session with Dr. Jodi is for prospective clients who are prepared to invest time and resources in their practice. The session aims to determine if and how our programs can assist you and to identify the most effective starting point.

We get it—our pricing is fair, and our solutions are built to deliver. We don’t waste your time, money, or ours on anything that doesn’t work. We offer a few different levels of support based on your time and budget, and we’ll walk through those options together on our call.

Time is our most precious component—always. And—we don't waste it! This call will be about 20 minutes—to make sure we are a fit. And, if we are - and we need MORE time to determine which program we need to start with - we will book another meeting with you. Let's take it one step at a time, to make sure everyone's scheduled is honored.

Once you are our client—we move at your pace. If you move fast, we will keep up. If you are a slower-paced friend, we will probably nudge you along. But all in good time, all in good time.

Is this another program that just sends you in circles? No!

The truth is, we don't allow it. If we are not WINNING for you, and you are not participating, we catch it - fast. Our program is solely based on accountability, and it is not something we take lightly. We will get the steps done that we promise you - with JOY-based efficiency.

What is the cost of your program?

It depends on the program that best suites your practice needs! Our programs start at $89 p/m. Let's make sure we best fit you for your current practice obstacles then we will look at pricing.

I have staff, am I still a fit for your program?

Yes! Many of our clients have teams, and we work with the entire team to make sure everyone is onboard and up-leveling their efficiency skills in their individual roles on the team. Some of our clients discover the need to hire/train/support new team members during their time with us, and not only do we support you for success, we can show you exactly what to do, too!

Do you have flexibility with payment options?

Our programs are extremely cost-effective, and our higher priced programs are month-to-month. So, if a situation arises that requires you take a financial break - we get it - we can put things on hold if needed.

What is your guarantee?

We PROMISE that if you can show us you have done the work, and you are not happy with our program, we will work with you for free until you are.

Can I hire your team to do the work for me?

Yes! Many of our programs offer Done-With-You services, and you can hire our team to do more! We do branding, building, dictating, practice admin, social media posting and more. We do NOT charge a credit card for you, or make calls.

Do I have to be tech-savvy to get benefit from this program?

No! Some of our students get VERY overwhelmed with tech. We have special systems for those friends who do not want a lot of screens and programs to deal with.

Do I have to be a Jane App User to get benefit from this program?

It's true. We love Jane App. But our offerings really have nothing to do with what EHR program you use. We have all different types of success stories with all different EHR programs.

Do I have to be a wellness provider to get benefit from this program?

As long as you are a coach or a provider of care - and your goal is to increase wellness for your clients - we are your people!

How much support will I get moving through your program? What if I need more?

The short answer is - we got you! And, the amount of care you get with our team really depends on the program you are in. With that being said, our Accountability Program is amazing. We totally pride ourselves on our can't sleep unless it's awesome work-ethic.
